Not so little friends, I feel compelled to point out. Our largest beast, appropriately named “Wild Man,” a pit bull who weighs in at 86 pounds and has been known to eat cans of cat food, whole. In a way though, you are correct. Our most vicious dog is a ten pound Chihuahua named “Dirty Harry.” He might not be able to kill you, unless you were passed out on the ground, but the little f*** will definitely try.

Still, we are glad we’ve been able to help as many abandoned animals as we have.

From the first time the phrase “Release the Hounds” served as the battle cry of the landowner protecting his property until now, you can never go wrong having several patrolling the homefront. May I say your little friends sound particularly effective. It’s a shame they had such a rocky start, but it now appears they have found their place and purpose.

One of the other most dangerous places on earth is my yard. You step on it without an invitation and my pack of pit bulls will strip the flesh from your bones faster than any mess of piranha. Oh, and then they’ll eat your bones as well. Oh, oh, and my biggest dog will make a valiant attempt at eating you car if you decide not to get out. I hope to catch it on video one of these days as he bites through someone’s tire. It’s quite impressive.

And to think that all of my fine canine guardians were cast off by their original owners, and left wandering sick and homeless on the streets to starve or die from disease. By the way, if anyone thinks that one of my dogs was once theirs, and if they would like to come by and claim it, allow me to just say, please do. Really, I’d purely love to have a conversation with you about how to treat animals.
