  1. Hi LC,

Well done, with promotion of this movie. The message needs maximum distribution and I personally thank you for seeing to that task.

  2. I see that this program has launched a series of discussions and I hope I will get to see it someday. I was just reading here http://tamino.wordpress.com/2007/03/12/swindlers/ about the way they understood to do this profesionally.

  3. Hi Hank

I’m glad to post it. Now as far as truth in advertising goes I must give you equal credit since I found the link on a comment from your site.

I was able to watch the movie and found it worth the time invested. The information speaks for itself so let all that watch decide for themselves.

  4. Hi n

I read the tamino account where Professor Carl Wunsch, one of the contributors to the film said he was misrepresented by the film makers. I went to the section of the film to see what exactly his contribution was.

At about 25:30 into the film he said,
“The ocean is the major reservoir into which carbon dioxide goes when it comes out of the atmosphere or from which is readmitted into the atmosphere. If you heat the surface of the ocean it tends to emit carbon dioxide so similar if you cool the ocean surface the ocean can dissolve more carbon dioxide.”

He continues at 26:45 and said,
“The ocean has a memory of past events running out as far as 10000 years. So for example if somebody says, oh I’m seeing changes in the North Atlantic this must mean that the climate system is changing it may only mean that something happened in a remote part of the ocean decades or hundreds of years ago whose effects are now beginning to show up in the North Atlantic.”

    He continues 50:48 to 51:50 and 57:00 to 57:23

I’m not sure why he now feels the need to balk on his statements, but I can only guess that somebody threatened to cut off his funds. So my solution is just disregard his contribution.

  5. Hi LC,

Exactly. This hornswoggle is now all about money. Global warming is a major industry in full swing and concert with government, corporations, schools and every anti capitalist and anti globalization outfit on earth.

Funny how socialist/marxists still cling to profit motive.

  6. Hi Hank

The fact that Prof. Wunsch feels the need to backpedal confirms much of what the other contributors were warning us about. The film proves to be more valuable than I had first realized.

  7. Hi LC,

Once again your wisdom shines. I just posted about a news item I found where climate scientist “deniers” are getting death threats. Al Gore may never be President, but he may well attain the title of High Priest.

Things are definitely heating up. I know that High Priest Al Gore has always been the front man, but have you ever wondered who is pulling the strings?

  9. LC–

Marvellous, just marvellous. Thanks to you and Hank.

This gem is getting its own permanent page on my blog. I am also shotgunning it to all of my lists on all of my email accounts.

    Just wonderful.

    Thank you both so much.

  11. Hi LC,

While the environmental lunatic groups are being used, the power behind the scenes is, I suspect, the one world crowd. They could gain much from this movement. Not only will it be an excuse to shift more power to international agencies, but it will also stifle the power of the oil producing nations. We are facing a great challenge.

  12. Grit–

EcoTerror and lunacy are intimately entwined and, yes, you’re quite right. The only nit I would pick is the idea that the power behind the scenes (UN/Globalism) could gain much from this movement. I believe they are the movement.

Kyoto has never left these people’s minds: it was designed to cripple the world and it will. With each step, literally, freedoms are lost and governments ascend. Rather, government ascends, switching the “s.”

Singular, one-world philosophy, “all for one” without the reciprocal “one for all,” the ultimate, technologically driven Despot and (I’m gonna go Biblical, here) the antiChrist. It’s in the Book. We just like to think we’re in control when, actually, we only follow the Plan, and that quite nicely.

  13. LC,

I won’t pretend to have invented this but for about fifteen years, ever since Al confessed to inventing the Internet even as he took on the monumental task of redefining government, this term has stuck in my mind. “Al-Go-rithm.”

Returning to one of my favorite books–the dictionary–I noted this evening that the last definition of an algorithm is this: “a step-by-step procedure for…accomplishing some end, esp. by a computer.”

That pretty much nails the EcoJunk AlGorithm, you think? Started with computer modeling, argued with computer stunts, and possessing nothing of factual or (especially) historical import.

If I could get Al to start a colony on the sun to study the issue, taking his faithful with him, I’d give each of them a CO2 fire extinguisher to take along for personal protection.

I’d even let him say it was his idea.

  14. Hi Grit and ara

The antiChrist explanation makes as much sense as any other I have heard. There is this unmistakable trend towards a one world acceptance which opens the door for a one world ruler.

The UN has entirely more influence than it should. Environmentalism is playing no small role in that it gives the entire planet a similar kinship or religion. The EU is ascending in power while at the same time the US is declining. Soviets have aligned with Iran. The Arabs are feeling their oats and seem on a path to play their part. The list goes on, so if it’s a coincidence then it’s a pretty darn big one.

  15. Hi a,

The Kyoto treaty was designed to hold the developed countries back until the rest of the world could catch up. The Global Warming / carbon trading scheme is basically a wealth redistribution system, taking from us and handing out to the poor, with a cut off the top going into some highly placed pockets.

LC, thanks for raising the point. Your question has made me expand my thinking in this area.

  16. Great post LC!

I find it ironic that many liberals say that the war on terror is a “fear driven means to approve policy.”

When they use “documentaries” like Al’s to tell everyone the world will come to an end if you don’t listen to them… Interesting…

  17. Hi, Grit–

Just a quick note and I’m off to sleep.

I think you and I agree on Kyoto, we’re just saying it differently. I haven’t read the treaty. I won’t. I’m certain it’s long as hell. What I’ve read about it, however, boils down to this: it flatlines and homogenizes the world.

Your understanding of it holding developed countries back until the rest of the world catches up carries with it (pardon my presumption) the implication that, once done, the restrictions will be lifted on enterprise and it’s back to the races.

I don’t believe that’s going to happen, nor do the authors of the Treaty. The development of the underdeveloped will take a long time. During that period civilizations will be cultivated to accept the lid being put on them by one global power and we will never see freedom again. Outside forces, such as the wackos who bring us another terror plot called “Global Warming,” are the globalmeisters of world management to come.

Wealth redistribution does and will lead to back door communism, collectivism, and despotism. It sucks the wind out of the motivated because it destroys the freedom needed by the motivated to actually succeed.

ETs (EcoTerrorists) have to be stopped. I am not a smog and concrete lover. I live in the Colorado high country for a reason. But even here we see forests literally dying because EcoTerrorists fight the concept of spraying to control pine beetles. And the Ponderosas are dying off.

    Ain’t nature grand?

    This video ROCKS!

  18. Hi Grit

Even though Bush has signed on to global warming I still believe he is savvy enough not to sign the Kyoto Treaty. This will be short lived because the next President will certainly feel the pressure to sign on. If a democrat is elected then it’s a done deal. This will be great for China since it will give them a straight shot to the top of the economic ladder.

Environmentalism is becoming a tyranny on free people. Al Gore simply doesn’t have the charisma to bring on this type of blind devotion. So we must all expand our thinking if we are to discover the origins of what is really going on.

  19. Hi knight

Liberals are funny in that they accuse others of doing exactly what they are doing. It’s purpose is to shift public attention in another direction. With a willing liberal media this tactic has proved to work quite nicely.

So the next time you hear a liberal accuse someone of something, then chances are strong that is exactly what the accuser or their party is up to.

  22. Hi LC and a,

You are, of course, correct. The whole GW hoax is intended to bring the entire world, eventually, into a socialist paradise of stagnant sameness. Fortunately, even if a liberal wins the race in 2008, the Senate must ratify such things by a two thirds vote, and I doubt the balance will change that much.
