Romney Reveals Democrat Weakness

with 7 comments

Presidential candidate Mitt Romney just earned 3 quality points when he truthfully compared Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s economic plan to that of Socialist Karl Marx.

Romney referenced a speech recently given by Clinton where she said, “We have been an on-your-own society and it’s time to get rid of that and replace it with shared responsibility and we’re-in-it-together society.”

“That’s out with Adam Smith and in with Karl Marx,” said Romney.

For those non-economist out there, Adam Smith was a fan of free market economics and capitalism. Karl Marx pushed communism and a classless society where government wheels total control over the people.

Romney also stated, “It would be helpful to have a person leading the country who understands how the economy works and has actually managed something.” He continues, “In the case of the three Democratic front-runners, not one of them has managed even a corner store, let alone a state or a city.”

Not bad Mitt, spend those 3 points well.

  2. Hi LC,

Ah, if only he had called it what it truly is, vote buying.

  3. Good for him. I wish more candidates would do that. It isn’t mud-slinging, it is factual. Her views are very close to Marx’s.

  4. Hi Grit

A politician buying a vote? It’s hard to believe these people of integrity would stoop to such a thing… gulp… choke.

  5. Hi Neil

You are so right. I can imagine during the many protest rallies Hillary attended during her college years, the countless times she shouted, “Power to the people!”

Now all I can hear is, “Power to me!”

  7. Hi Tammi

At this point I’m not sure who I am a fan of, but it never hurts to compare.
