In an effort to appease the earth gods and the guilt of some residents, the people of San Francisco are being asked to turn off their lights for one hour in order to save energy.
Nate Tyler, chief instigator of the idea originally wanted to sacrifice a transvestite virgin, but none could be found after a weekend of debauchery at the San Francisco gay-fest known as the Folsom Street Fair. Tyler admitted that there were plenty of transvestites, but the second requirement was in short supply.
As a backup plan, Tyler turned to the old feel-good tactic so cherished by the socialist environmentalist. How can you go wrong throwing out the old stand-by of saving energy? Everyone can go for this, well that is except the power company. They tend to raise the kilowatt rate if that nonsense goes on for too long.
Before we fall for the lights out plan to energy conservation and absolution, we might want to ask Tyler where was his concern during the energy wasting gay-fest? He certainly didn’t voice his energy concerns during that event. I suppose after a weekend of excess he now feels the need to re-distribute the guilt equally.
After viewing the depravity that permeates the streets of San Francisco I will be very hesitant to ever again turn out the lights. The above picture is certainly a good argument for being disgusted with not only the creatures that live in SF, but a reason to reject any idea they voice. Who acts like this?
Some in San Francisco may wish to appear noble by turning off lights in lockstep. Others may display their better-than-thou attitude by clamoring we all use the new compact florescent light bulbs. But none of this window dressing will hide the truth of what they are. This weekend, that truth was on full display for the whole world to see. After witnessing the lifestyle some have chosen, it becomes obvious that you don’t need to turn off your lights for an hour to live in the dark.
On your quest for wisdom you must understand that those immersed in depravity will soon consider it normal behavior. As for those that happen upon such a display, their impression may range from funny to disgusting. When all is said and done, we can only feel a certain sadness for those that have lost their way.
